![]() ![]() Personally I find that leads to just hoarding the shaders rather than using them out of fear of not being able to get more, which means it’s a failed system. Even buying loot boxes to get them makes no sense as the chance of getting the one you want is so small. Which would be fine except that like 50% or more of the shaders are in RNG eververse loot boxes and unless Tess happens to be selling the one you want (which is like a 4% chance or something) there’s no way to earn more of them. (1/4) With D2, we want statements like "I want to run the Raid, Trials, or go back to Titan to get more of its Shader" to be possible. We expect you’ll be flush w/ Shaders as you continue to play. Luke Smith said “ Shaders are earned through gameplay: leveling, chests, engrams, vendors. I just dismantle most eververse shaders for bright dust nowadays but they need to change how the system works. The consumable shaders is not bad in itself but placing consumable shaders in eververse is bad, there is no good way to get the shaders from eververse. ![]() Some aspects of the shader system are an improvement in d2. ![]()
